Instructions for use

Apply Blinc Liquid Eyeliner Pen to clean, dry skin.
Gently pull the eyelid towards the ear and draw a fine line along the upper eyelid starting from the inner corner of the eye, remaining as close as possible to the ciliary rhyme.
It might also be useful to draw three separate strokes, one in the inner corner, one in the center of the eyelashes, and one in the outer corner, finally connecting them together. For a thicker and more glamorous line, slowly review the line a second time.
Apply one or more layers to get the desired color and thickness. Blinc Liquid Eyeliner Pen is perfect for experiencing any look.
If the line is not straight, a little water and cotton bud will be enough to easily correct the inaccuracy.
Removal:

Do not use any kind of make-up remover or lotions to remove eyeliner, as they would not be as effective as combining water and pressure.
